Liddell, Firth, Rowe and Senior to promote the Organ Donor Register at Bathurst

Jacal Racing driver Jason Liddell and 3 Amigos Racing drivers Ross Firth, Robert Rowe and Jeff Senior are pleased to announce that they will once again be teaming up to promote the Organ Donor Register at the 2019 Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour event. The 2019 event marks the 7th time that the teams have supported the cause at Australia’s greatest race track since Jason’s first visit there in 2004.

Jason’s wife Kate had a double lung transplant at the age of 26 as a result of Cystic Fibrosis and recently celebrated 21 years post-transplant.

The teams head to the 50th Anniversary races for Formula Ford on a high after securing 2nd and 3rd place in the 2018 Australian FF1600 Championship and plan to take this form into the weekend's races.

The registration process is now faster and easier than ever

  • Register at donatelife.gov.au and you can register in less than a minute

  • Registration counts, with 90 per cent of families agreeing to donation proceeding when their loved one is a registered donor

  • There are around 1,400 Australians currently on a waiting list for a transplant,

  • And a further 11,000 people on dialysis, we need all Australians who say they are willing to be a donor to tell their family and register.
