Winton round cancelled

The Formula Ford Association Inc. is disappointed to announce the cancellation of round 1 of the 2020 Australian Formula Ford Championship at Winton Motor Raceway. The 2020 Australian Formula Ford Championship was due to join the 2020 Victorian Formula Ford Championship at Winton on March 27-29. The official communication from the promoters of the event can be downloaded here. At present, we are not sure how the current situation will affect the remaining rounds of the championship, with round 2 due to join the Victorian Formula Ford grid at Phillip Island on May 15-17. The remaining six rounds of the 2020 Australian Formula Ford Championship are scheduled as follows: Round 2: 15-17 May at Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit (Vic State Championship) Round 3: 29-31 May at The Bend Motorsport Park (AMRS) Round 4: 24-26 July at Sandown International Raceway (Vic State Championship) Round 5: 7-9 August at Queensland Raceway (AMRS) Round 6: 25-27 September at Wakefield Park Raceway (NSW State Championship) Round 7: 13-15 November at Sydney Motorsport Park (NSW State Championship) For any further information, please don't hesitate to contact the FFA Administrator on 0422 840 300 or the 2020 AFFC Category Manager on 0413 699 299.
