Bob Jane T-Marts to sponsor opening round of Australian Formula Ford
Bob Jane T-Marts will help make the opening round of Formula Ford’s National Series even more cost-effective thanks to a new sponsorship deal. The Formula Ford Association is proud to announce that Bob Jane T-Marts will support Formula Ford by supplying the garage fees for the opening round at Sandown, a move that will make competing at national-level Formula Ford even more cost-effective. “We’re absolutely delighted to have this support for the opening round of our National Series,” said FFA chairman John van Leeuwen. “It just adds to the excitement ahead of what is shaping up to be a sensational season of Formula Ford racing. We have a great calendar, there is fantastic interest around the category, and now this support from Bob Jane T-Marts means the Sandown weekend will be incredibly cost-effective for our competitors. “We certainly have a lot to look forward to this season.” For Bob Jane T-Marts CEO Rodney Jane, a long-time supporter of young racing talent and a former competitor in his own right, the deal is the perfect fit. “We are very excited to get involved with Formula Ford,” said Jane. “It’s such an important and integral part of motorsport and young driver development. Many of the Bob Jane T-Marts drivers come through the ranks of Formula Ford.” The 2016 Australian Formula Ford Series kicks off on April 1 at Sandown.
